MWGF-1 Silica Gel Filling & Sealing Machine
Usage and performance: silica gel filling and sealing machine is the main product our company produces. This machine shall chiefly be suitable for filling and sealing the flexible metal tube that contains silica gel or the like. This product can operate in the way, of sealing and semi sealing when filling, with no leakage in sealing point, good consistency in filling weight and volume, as well as filling, sealing and printing in a once only way. It will be used for packaging those products in the sectors of medicine, daily-used chemicals, foodstuff, and chemicals etc.
This machine is characterized by easy adjustment of filling amount, quickness, good appearance, and compactness. The tube base is of adjustable type according to the dimension of flexible tubes. Those parts coming into contact with material are all made up of high quality stainless steel (in general, using 304, for medical purposes 316L). It is ideal, practical and economical for this machine to use in pharmaceutical, chemicals of everyday use, and fine chemical etc. industries.
